For Sale and SOLD

This year several of our youngsters have found great new homes!

Suncrest Salaam, b.Jan. 2008 (Salam Mezzlah x Glenmar Siver Essence) has gone to Garry Weiss and Jochen Letsch at Kurrajong. This lovely tall girl is due to produce a foal to Suncrest Noble Aenzac later this year, then upon weaning, she will be broken in and brought on by Garry for an endurance career. Her full sister, Suncrest Silver Echo, was exported to the UAE in 2009.

Suncrest Ghazaal, b.Jan 2008 (Arabesque Sheik x Ghabra) has gone to Sonya Nicholls of Warrimoo in the Blue Mountains. Sonya plans to train him for endurance in the future and he is already in light work and going well, full of curiosity and a great character to boot.

Suncrest Aenzac Spirit, b. Dec. 2005 (Mindari Aeniad x Suncrest Sasha) was purchased by Nicola Roach from Canberra who fell in love with his perfect temperament and cute looks! He is also a lovely-moving little horse, and Nicola is giving him basic dressage training before she ventures into the world of endurance, a wise move which should be followed more often perhaps.

We wish each of these new owners many long and happy days with their horses!

FOR SALE

Here is a great opportunity for an astute lover of PINTO ARABIANS!

DonnaWe have sadly decided we must sell our very special pinto Arabian (50%) mare, Spanish Lady Niquelar (b.Nov.2005), a beautifully marked liver chestnut and white tobiano. She has had one lovely foal for us, went in very easily (at first service), foaled with no problems at all and was a great Mum. Being a much-prized homozygous, she will always produce pinto foals whoever she is put to, be it a black Friesian, a bay Warmblood or a chestnut arab!

We have made available a video of Spanish Lady Niquelar on YouTube.

She is double registered and her own bloodlines are top class – her sire is the renowned performance horse Meadow View Apache (El Paso) – why not Google him to find out more! And her Arabian lines are from the legendary Crabbet stallion Shafreyn (sire of many superb endurance horses, including Quilty winners).

DonnaBut - we are planning to drastically downsize our breeding program from now on, and while we cannot part with our `old faithful’ broodmare friends, this one is far too young and has far too much potential as a performance and/or pleasure horse to spend her life lazing in the paddock.

Besides which, she would absolutely LOVE to be doing something, getting out and about, and is always the first to come racing over when called, as if to say: PLEASE can I come out and DO something today! It makes me sad to see her enthusiasm, as we have too many horses in work as it is.

Take a look at her super-smooth movement on our YouTube video clip and you will see what a first class saddle horse she will make. She was professionally broken in and trained for the show ring as a 3 year old, and won Champion at her first outing.

DonnaHer temperament too, is ideal for a performance horse – calm, bold, and very willing, with a little bit of that elusive Attitude thrown in! She has great conformation with super legs and feet, is strongly built and measures at least 15.2hh.
